The challenge
Jamie needed a production partner who could translate his coaching expertise into polished, brand-matched e-learning videos – at volume, and to exacting LMS delivery standards.
What we did
We created 20 presenter-led modules across 4 collections, designing bespoke animated graphic systems for each brand and supporting direct LMS integration.
What changed
Jamie now has a repeatable, scalable video production model – and one client keeps commissioning new collections year after year.
About this project
Jamie Squires is a UK-based productivity coach and trainer who helps busy professionals and their teams work smarter, feel less overwhelmed, and create more headspace for what matters. After years of delivering workshops and masterclasses in person, Jamie wanted to extend his reach – taking his coaching frameworks and making them available on demand, at scale, through the LMS platforms of some of the UK’s largest organisations. He came to Majestical needing a production partner who could do more than film him talking: he needed someone who could translate his ideas into visually engaging, brand-matched e-learning videos that would hold a learner’s attention from the first frame to the last.
Together, we have created 20 coaching modules across 4 collections – covering topics from smart decision-making and elevating communication to harnessing AI – delivering 45 minutes of finished e-learning video to major UK and international organisations over three consecutive years.
The Challenge
Turning coaching expertise into scalable,
professional e-learning
Jamie’s coaching methodology is well-developed, practical and highly valued by his clients — but translating that into a video format that could live inside a corporate LMS was a different challenge entirely. The finished modules needed to feel professional enough to sit alongside the platforms of large organisations, engaging enough to hold the attention of time-poor employees, and visually distinctive enough to reflect each client’s brand identity.
At the same time, one of Jamie’s clients was preparing to launch a completely new LMS platform — something their Head of Development and Engagement had put real ambition behind.
It was clear the production model had to be efficient: filming days were limited, and the volume of material was substantial. There was also a technical layer that most coaches don’t anticipate when they first commission video for LMS delivery. Different platforms have different requirements around format, file specifications, chapter structure and metadata. Getting that wrong doesn’t just cause delays — it can mean a whole collection fails to launch on time. Jamie had the IP, the energy and the on‑screen presence. What he needed was a production team who could build everything around that — and remove every technical obstacle between his coaching and his learners.

Our Approach
Building a repeatable system - from studio setup to LMS handoff
From the first conversation, we worked to understand not just what Jamie wanted to film – but how the finished video needed to function in the hands of his clients. That meant thinking about the viewer experience inside an LMS, the technical specifications each platform required, and the visual identity each end-client expected to see reflected in the work. We designed a studio setup that gave Jamie space to present naturally while leaving space in the frame for motion graphics to animate alongside him – reinforcing key points, bringing his frameworks to life visually and keeping learners engaged throughout each module.
The animated overlay system was built fresh for each collection, matched to the brand identity of the organisation receiving the videos and the themes of each module. The result is a consistent presenter-led format that still feels tailored and purposeful for each client. In the first year, we stepped in directly with one international delivery team to work through the technical requirements. Format specifications, file structure, chapter timecodes: we took that conversation off Jamie’s plate entirely and resolved it quickly. It was the right thing to do. By year one we had filmed two separate collections in a single day – a tight schedule that worked because of thorough preparation on both sides.
Jamie had never done anything like this before, and we coached him carefully through the autocue process on that first filming day. He brought real energy and focus, and it showed. Three years later, the working relationship has found its rhythm: Jamie arrives prepared, we set up fast, and the day runs.

The Impact
A production model that keeps delivering
Can Majestical help me create e-learning videos if I’m not a large organisation?
Yes. We work with individual coaches, consultants and subject-matter experts as well as larger organisations. If you have expertise worth sharing and a clear sense of who your learners are, we can help you create professional presenter-led video that holds attention and delivers real learning value – whatever the size of your audience.
What does a presenter-led e-learning video actually involve to produce?
At its simplest, it involves filming you or your subject expert presenting to camera, then building a layer of motion graphics around that presentation to reinforce key points visually. In practice there’s more to it: we design the graphic system, set up and light the studio, coach the presenter through filming, edit the footage, and deliver files in the formats your LMS requires – including format specs, chapter timecodes and file structure.
How do you make presenter-led video engaging rather than just someone talking to a camera?
The combination of a well-prepared presenter and a thoughtful motion graphics system makes the difference. We position the presenter to leave space for animated callouts, frameworks and visual emphasis points – designed to match your brand and support your narrative. The graphics don’t decorate the video: they do work. They reinforce what the presenter is saying and give learners something to anchor their attention to throughout each module.
